Keep an eye on your dog while they're in the bag, and take it off once they're dry. In the car, clip their harness to a seat-belt tether as usual.

How does reserving work?

Tap Reserve and your email app opens a short note to [email protected] with the product filled in. We reply from a real inbox to confirm. Nothing is charged now. When your order is ready to ship, we email you the details and a checkout link, and you decide then.

What size do I need?

Tell us your dog's breed and weight when you reserve, and the length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail if you can. We'll confirm the size by email before anything is charged.

How long does it take to dry my dog?

It depends on the coat. Short coats dry fastest; thick double coats take longer. We'd rather not promise a number of minutes.

Can my dog ride in it?

Yes, in the back seat or cargo area. Clip their harness to a seat-belt tether as you normally would, and take the bag off once they're dry.

How do I wash it?

Follow the care label in the bag. Skip the fabric softener; it makes microfiber less absorbent.

What about shipping and returns?

Shipping is free within the US, and you'll get tracking by email when your order leaves. If it isn't right for you or your dog, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

Where are the reviews?

We don't have any yet, and we won't invent them. First-batch owners will be asked for an honest review after they've used it for a while.
